Refund policy

All product quality has been verified before being shipped out. In the unlikely case the item is defective, please inform us within 7 days of receipt in order for a refund or replacement to be organized. Defective items must be returned in their original and unused condition including the original packaging.

If the item is not in a defective condition but buyers would like to return it with anotherS, buyer needs to contact us first to check the stock. Also, buyers will be responsible for any costs of returning merchandise to us, and resending the merchandise to buyer after item replacement.

TOYS HARBOUR do not accept any other reasons apart from the above-mentioned reasons for item refund or replacement.
